Commercial terms

12-month minimum

All plans require a 12-month minimum agreement.

Setup & Onboarding

$499 onboarding fee (covers your first device configuration).

Annual prepay

Pay annually to receive a 10% discount on your total subscription.

Extra devices

$299 per additional device configured on the system.

FAQ

Do agency-managed and plan-managed participants both count?: Yes. Both count toward your active participant total. One price covers your whole mixed portfolio.
Is NDIA connectivity a separate fee?: No. NDIA API connectivity is included in your subscription — not a separate product or line item.
Do SAP (legacy) participants count?: Yes. SAP participants count toward billing. SAP support in Reclaim360 is read-only compatibility.
How is billing calculated each month?: By current-month active participant count. When you cross a bucket boundary, the new rate applies from the next billing period.
Are users or claim volume limited?: No. Unlimited users and claim volume are included.
What about 101+ participants?: Enterprise pricing applies to portfolios with 101 or more active participants. Book a demo for a custom quote tailored to your volume.
