- Reclaim360 acts as a financial translation and submission layer. You export your standard shift list or roster export (CSV or Excel) from your rostering tool and upload it directly into Reclaim360. We process, validate, and route the claims automatically without requiring any complex API integration or IT support from your team.
- Does this replace my care management or rostering software?
- No. Reclaim360 does not replace your care management, rostering, or scheduling tools (like ShiftCare, Deputy, or AlayaCare). They run your day-to-day care delivery operations; Reclaim360 handles the claiming, invoicing, and reconciliation steps after the care is delivered.
- What happens if my rostering software format changes?
- Our ingestion engine is highly flexible. During onboarding, our team maps your specific export format to our validation engine. If you update your software or change columns, we adjust the mapping on our end so your workflow remains seamless.
- Are there API-based integrations available?
- Yes, we are actively rolling out direct API integrations with leading care management platforms. However, our file-based upload is the preferred method for many finance teams as it provides an explicit checkpoint for auditing before claims are pushed to the NDIA.
